What We Do

Five ways your event is served at the Chariot window, each built to order.

Bumps
A pure spoonful, served on mother-of-pearl. The most direct way to taste the pearls, straight and unadorned.
Blini Service
Warm blini with crème fraîche and caviar, dressed your way. Choose your own from a spread of chive, shallot, egg, and more.

The Founder

“There is nothing I enjoy more than watching someone taste caviar for the first time and realize they love it, or introducing a longtime devotee to a pairing they never expected.”

Nisha Singh has chased the perfect pearl from Singapore to Milan, and built a career in luxury with LVMH, The Estée Lauder Companies and Kering. Gourmet Chariot is the little cart she once wished would roll up in Hyde Park.
